The year 2023 was a breakthrough time for Kacper Sztuka. The championship title in the Italian F4 marked the most important success of his career and confirmed his talent. This did not escape the attention of the motorsport world, resulting in his entry into the Red Bull Junior Driver Program – the academy of the currently the best Formula 1 team.
Thus, the Polish driver ignited the expectations of fans, who for a long time had envisioned him in the series accompanying the F1 Grand Prix races. Today, Kacper Sztuka confirmed that in the 2024 season we will see him in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. This is a huge step forward in the career of our driver and the fulfilment not only of his dreams.
Polish champion in MP Motorsport – the leading team of Formula 3
Kacper proved that his skills allow him to compete for the highest positions under various conditions last year. This was recognized by, among others, the MP Motorsport team, with which the Italian F4 Championship champion first tested an F3 car. This was the first step towards cooperation with this leading Formula 3 team in the 2024 season.

The FIA Formula 3™ Championship is a junior racing series that always accompanies Formula 1 Grand Prix races. The rounds take place on such famous tracks as Monza, Spa-Francorchamps, Silverstone, and even in Melbourne, Australia. The 2024 season will begin on March 1st in Bahrain.
